FUNCTION MENU COSTS
 
TWO COURSE SET MENU - $25 PER PERSON
Select ONE main course option plus either one entrée OR one dessert.
All guests are served the same meal.
 
THREE COURSE SET MENU - $30 PER PERSON
Select ONE option from each course. All guests are served the same meal
 
TWO COURSE “ALTERNATE DROP” MENU - $30 PER PERSON
Select two main course options, plus either two entrees OR two desserts. All guests served alternate meals.
 
THREE COURSE “ALTERNATE DROP” MENU - $35 PER PERSON
Select two options from each course. All guests served alternate meals.
 
TWO COURSE “2 X 2” MENU - $40 PER PERSON
Select two main courses plus either two entrees OR two desserts. Guests choose their own selections from a specially written menu provided on their table at the function.

THREE COURSE “2 X 3” MENU - $45 PER PERSON
Select two entrees, two main courses and two desserts. Guests choose their own selections from a specially written menu provided on their table at the function.
 
THREE COURSE “3 X 3” MENU – $50 PER PERSON
Select three entrees, three main courses and three desserts. Guests choose their own selections from a specially written menu provided on their table at the function.

$10.00 PER PERSON
MIXED SANDWICHES, SAVOURY PASTRIES, CAKES, SLICES AND SCONES with TEA/COFFEE

PLATTERS -
Each platter, desert or salad is designed to serve up to 10 guests, with 30 items per platter.
It is recommended that when catering for a lunch or a two-hour function you order two platters per 10 guests. This will cost you approximately $8 - $10 per head.
It is suggested that for a function of 100 guests, you order a selection of around 20 platters.
